Use Itching Thumb to Multitask in Android

XDA member magicriggs just developed an application that acts as a double app: a launcher and a task manager. The app can be used to replace the original task manager with something that looks a lot more like WebOS. In other words, it uses a slide 2 use type of interface where the app just saves a snapshot of the app that you are using and will place it in a slideshow (think S2P or the iPhone music application). Closing apps from this is as simple as removing a widget from your home screen (drag to the trash can).
As if having a good looking task manager wasn’t enough, the app can also be used as a launcher. A user can either have quick launch icons in the bottom, or one can even assign gestures to an app (think Dolphin browser). The app is still in beta stages and the dev would certainly appreciate any input to the the app perfect.
Add-On for your Launcher allowing tasks to be managed visually & through gestures.
- visual representation of tasks
- high quality previews for rooted phones
- save previews as snapshot
- swipe to manage tasks
- use gestures to launch tasks
- widgets & apps strip
