XDA member brandi updated this interesting application for anyone using Deutsche Bahn system and connected companies. Train and bus connections in Germany now will be easy to track on this app, which on it´s updated version 0.70, brings us QVGA/WQVGA fixes, offline Stored Connections no longer get deleted if obsolete, added Language Support, and fixed some performance issues and better parsing.
The app is using Sense SDK 1.39 and will need +.NETce3.5 and SQLCE (Attached) to run properly.

Hey there,

I have been on XDA-Devs quite a while now, and allways loved all the goods stuff on here! So i thought it was time to give a little bit back, and I started to develope an application to look up Train connections. I am starting with the “Deutsche Bahn” and connected companies, but I am willed to expand the tool to other Companies / Countries if someone might give me a hint what service the other Companies use.

I tought there is an real need for an application like this, because the “Bahn” themselves only support the Iphone, and I allways felt so left out with my brilliant phone. So that’s going to change soon!

The App is using the brilliant Sense SDK 1.39 and will be completely fingerfriendly!

Google No Longer Sending Calendar SMS Notifications

In a not entirely surprising move, Google announced that it's putting an end to SMS notifications for Google calendar as of June 27th. They stated earlier, "SMS notifications for Google Calendar launched before smartphones were available. Now in a world with smartphones and notifications, you can get richer, more reliable experience on your mobile device, even offline". Google Drive for Work, Google Apps for Work (paid edition), Education and Government customers will not be affected by these changes and can continue using...

I/O Summary: Google Cardboard Virtual Reality

One year ago, Google introduced cardboard. Amazingly enough, that was all it took to fire up the Virtual Reality scene on Android, and what began as an open design concept exploded into thousands of apps and dozens of headsets from big and small vendors alike. Now, there are more than 1 million cardboard viewers/handsets - a Google-quoted number that might not even be accurate given the ease with which headsets can be rigged through off-the-shelf equipment. This year, cardboard returned...
