Generic Widget Lockscreen – Beta Testers Required
If you are a fan of widgets on your Android device, then you might be interested to hear about XDA member FireZenk‘s Generic Widget Lockscreen.
GWL is a new free Lockscreen that focuses on the comprehensive use of widgets on the lockscreen. Additionally, users can develop their own widget that will help unlock the screen and become the ‘GWL unlock button’. GWL also supports existing Android widgets.
The XDA dev has also provided a mini-SDK so that you can design your own release buttons and widgets and is looking for beta testers before officially releasing to the Market.
