Internet Tab Scrolling Issue Fixed on ChuckyROMS

If you have been using ChuckyROMS for your HD2, you are probably aware of a bug in the Internet Tab. Apparently, scrolling behaves rather erratically in roms that use the GTX Sense UI, which causes a rather unpleasant experience on an otherwise very nice rom. Worry no more, because XDA member birkoffsjunk has just informed us that the team behind ChuckyROMS has fixed the issue with this tab, and they claim that the scrolling is now smooth and makes it behave like the stock tab. The fix is exclusive to this rom, so if you like their work or have been bothered by this bug to the point of making you stay away from the rom altogether, you may want to take it for a spin.

You can scroll ANYWHERE on this screen, no more scrolling bug, no tricks, no scroll down then up or up then down, just plain and simple smooth scrolling all the way

You can find more information in the rom thread.

Thanks spikerosoft for the tip.

But along with the design, a lot of Android enthusiasts were also impressed by another aspect of the flagship duo: their camera. Even traditionally, the primary camera on Samsung's flagship lineup has been one of its stronger points as compared to other...

Tactile: An Addicting Game with Beautiful Material Design

The game industry has been around for decades, catering to a wide spectrum of people, young gamers and elder ones, casual gamers and serious ones, and for an industry with such specifications, innovation isn't the only fuel for success. An increasingly large number of games draw inspiration from another and build on top of that idea, and Tactile is one such product, an excellently executed brainchild of a mashup between Tetris and 2048. For 2048 veterans, the game will come across as relatively familiar....

Android’s Consistency and The User Experience

This is a site of power users, and it is fair to say that most of us are more knowledgeable about Android than the average Joe. We tinker and tweak by customizing every corner for endless hours, until we arrive at a comfortable software configuration. In contrast, a large chunk of Android users don’t even use a different launcher - and many don’t know what a launcher is in the first place!   When we get so involved in our...
