LG Nitro HD Gets Lightning Zap Script with Various Tweaks

Not every Android device is everything it could be. If they were, we would have barely any reason to hack and modify them. There is always a little more performance that can be squeezed out and a little more battery life to attain. Most of the time these tweaks are added to ROMs, but in many cases there are also scripts to help get the job done. The LG Nitro HD has a new script that will help add performance and battery life.

Posted to XDA by Senior Member thomas.raines, the script goes by the name of Lightning Zap. It promises to bring increased performance across the board for LG Nitro HD users as well as improved battery life. The full list of features include:

Battery tweaks for awesome battery life
Governor tweaks for amazing speed and performance without sacrificing battery life
Kernel tweaks
Memory and Ram tweaks
Cleaner tweaks
Build.prop tweaks
Internet speed tweaks
and MORE!

The installation method is simple as well. Simply download the zip and flash in recovery. It is also recommended that users make both a Nandroid backup and an app backup. After reboot, it is recommended to let the phone sit for a few minutes to let the tweaks settle in. After that, LG Nitro HD users should see the improvements.
