New Boot Animations for Android

If you are looking for some new images when turning on your device, this will be of your interest. XDA member Houka420 presents this new boot animations to personalize your Android device. In this thread, you´ll find a different selection of images to choose from. All images are sized to fit on HVGA resolutions (320×480).

All boot animations were tested on my HTC Dream/G1 & should work on most hvga devices(320×480 screen resolution)
If you want a different screen size or you think it plays through too fast for you device, just let me know & I’ll see what I can do to accommodate your needs. I enjoy any feedback or criticism.

To install:

adb push C:\(file location)\bootanimation.zip /data/local/

or
place bootanimation.zip on root of sdcard
& in Terminal type:

su
cp /sdcard/bootanimation.zip /data/local/

What Do You Do with All of Your Old Photos?

Smartphone cameras have advanced so tremendously over the past few years that they have almost completely replaced point and shoot digital cameras for the most of us. Furthermore, since our smartphones are always with us, the majority of us end up taking tons of photos throughout the lifespan of our devices. But what happens to all the old photos you take?
