myTouch 4G, HTC Surround, Dell Venue Pro Forums Added

In the wake of the recent WP7 launch we have added three new devices, two of them being Windows Phone 7 and one Android. The phones that have been added to the forums are:

  • HTC Glacier: myTouch 4G
  • Dell Venue Pro (WP7)
  • HTC Surround (WP7)

A little quick take on each phone: The HTC Glacier is HTC’s new 4G phone is supposedly running a Dual Core Snapdragon CPU along with Android 2.2. The Dell Venue is a new WP7 device, it features a 4.1 inch AMOLED multi touch display along with a full portrait QWERTY keyboard that slides up. And lastly, the HTC Surround. This WP7 device is a feature packed entertainment device. It has Dolby Mobile virtual surround sound technology,  SRS WOW HD™, and just like the Evo, it has a kickstand along with slide up speakers.

Samsung S6 and S6 Edge Performance

Samsung has announced their two new flagships, the S6 and the S6 Edge. Both devices will run using Samsung's new 64 bit 14 nm Finfet processor which is a worlds first for a smart phone. It is smaller more powerful and easier on the battery. The performance is 20% faster, consumes 35% less power and sees a 30% productivity gain over the chipset in the Galaxy Note 4 which is running at 20nm. The ram is DDR4 which should boost running memory...
