Siri Protocol Cracked, Android Port On The Way

Since Siri appeared on the fruit phone, we have seen a similar Android application called Iris show up. Well, after some extra effort being added to get the app to behave and understand us better, a few devs were able to crack Siri’s protocol. According to the original source, the guys at Applidium have Siri on the operating table and want to share what they’ve uncovered.

We are able to use Siri’s recognition engine from any device. Yes, that means anyone could now write an Android app that uses the real Siri!

This may be blocked by Apple very soon but the developers mention that it should be ok if using for personal use only. If you are interested in using Siri’s protocol to make your own apps, the devs have compiled a set of tools for that. They also mention that you must know Ruby, C and, Objective-C to be able to do anything with it.
Lets see how Apple reacts to this, they will be mad for sure…

Please let us know your comments and thanks for reading.

PSA: You Can Optimize Your Note 4’s Recents Menu & RAM

The Note 4 never had the fastest Recents Menu, and despite its 3GB of RAM, its app-holding capabilities only got worse on Lollipop.
