Superuser App Updated to Version 2.3

The popular Superuser app that lets you whitelist specific applications for su access has been updated to version 2.3.

XDA forum member ChainsDD has stated that this one is quite a major update and the following features are new for version 2.3:

  • New layout of main app
  • Full logging
  • New request layout
  • Fixed boot/widget bug
  • Date/time format options
  • Better notification system
  • New icon
  • Better allow system
  • Code cleanup
  • Rearranged drawables so that only one apk needs to be built for any firmware

There are two versions – one for Android 1.5/1.6 (Cupcake/Donut) and one for Android 2.0/2.1/2.2 (Eclair/Froyo).

I/O 2015: Google Announces App Link Enhancements

Android M Adds “Doze” Deep Sleeping
