QWhen I go into recovery mode (Android system recovery <3e>)

And put reinstall packages I get the following message E: failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed…

Please let me know how I can fix this because is not letting me install any roms

I’m currently in kernel version 2.6.32.9
build number FROYO.VUVKB5

Indeed there should be an option for that (turning off signature verification), but I WOULDN’T go there unless you’re absolutely, 100%, certain that the file you’re trying to flash is not corrupted (via downloading or something). Signature is intended to prevent exactly this kind of problems.

Flashing corrupted file can have unpredictable consequences for your phone.
