If your Windows Mobile device runs Manila, you likely know that Manila’s PNG files lose quality from compression.
XDA Senior Member Nixeus noted that Recognized Developer and Moderator Chainfire created a CFC GUI app, and although it is possible to create a CFC in the command line to compress in HQ, not many people know how to do that.
Nixeus improved on this by keeping the HQ of the compressed PNG using Chainfire’s GUI app.
The program uses PngOptimizerCL to optimize the PNG without quality loss, and then uses CFC.exe to convert the optimized PNG to Manila files.
