Control Windows Media Center with your Windows Phone

Oishiiunko has created a very useful application that allows you to control Windows Media Center on your PC from your mobile phone.

The Windows Media Center Remote Mobile Control app uses VMC Controller software to let you control basic functions, such as menu navigation, volume and playback control. As well as seeing what’s playing, simply by glancing at your phone.

All you must do is establish a connection with the media playing PC via ActiveSync (Bluetooth or USB) or Wi-Fi before you gain full control over your music and video without having to move more than a finger.

The application currently only supports WVGA devices but is frequently updated, and available in this thread.
