There is still some speculation going around about the Copy&Paste function in Windows Phone 7. Some people think that there won’t be any copy&paste function at all, others think that it will be included.
There still hasn’t been clear evidence that it will or will not be a feature of the upcoming OS. But while I was browsing through our XDA forums in the WP7 section, I noticed this post from RustyGrom:

and more. Definitely seems like some sort of copy/paste is supported in the office apps or at least was planned at one time.
This seems like some sort of menu, seeing the ‘Close’ word in the code.
This code seems to be a clear evidence of a possible Copy&Paste function on Windows Phone 7.
