Don’t Keep People Waiting Thanks to ‘Sorry I’M Late v1.0′

Has it ever happened to you that you are late for a meeting because of traffic? Were you supposed to meet your girlfriend/boyfriend and simply cannot make it on time? This app, created by XDA member ste09 will help you over the hurdle of trying to explain to people how long it will take for you to get there. The app, unlike others of its kind, uses CellID (location services) rather than GPS, so even if it is not as accurate at least it does not require a GPS enabled phone to work. It will send a SMS to the person waiting for you, letting them know that you are on your way there.
The app is very finger friendly thanks to the fact that it is built on the famous Sense SDK. Moreover, it is available in English and Italian. The app is in early stages and any tips are welcomed by the developer.
People are always in a hurry to get somewhere. A common issue is to inform someone waiting for us that we are, let’s say, a bit late and maybe reassure him that we will be there in some time. It would be great if we could send a message to that someone telling him our approximate location and an estimate time to reach the destination ( maybe along with some excuses )
You can find more information in the application thread.
