A few months ago XDA News Writer mic_888 wrote an article about this application on it´s first releases. Now, XDA member Cyclonezephyrxz7 is releasing updated version 1.6, previous versions of this application are no longer working as they have expired.
This lock screen will look as if you are passing your finger to unlock your Windows Mobile device, but the truth is that this technology is not available yet. So, in order to simulate your finger being scanned, you will have to press a pre set amount of times on the screen.
Now, working for multi resolution, you will need .Net Compact Framework V3.5 or greater to make it work.
Be sure to go to the developer’s web page to find latest working version 1.6.

To all bloggers/posters/website admins: If you plan on posting about this program on another website, I do REQUIRE that you contact me prior to doing so [through Private Message or at CycloneProducts@gmail.com] , I have a few baselines to work out in order for you to be able to post it.
To all ROM Chefs, if you plan on integrating this program into your ROM, you MUST contact me as there are certain things you need to know prior to integrating this program!
About: This Program is, as the name says, a LockScreen based on the concept of faking a FingerPrint scanner unlock. In reality, it is based simply on how many ‘scans’ it makes of your finger. This was a program idea from here. I am going to provide active updates for the program, starting with small things such as improving customization, etc. and ranging all the way up to converting the whole project (which is currently in C# .net CF 3.5) into a C++ Project for best speed and ‘useability’!
Look at this post for an awesome video of Public Release 1.0 (thank you the0ne )
You can find more information in the application thread.
