Some of you may be familiar with the iPhone app known as 100 Pushups. Basically, this app is a workout program that will guide you through a 6 week training program to achieve one goal, and that is to be able to perform 100 push-ups. If you are back into Windows Mobile and definitely miss this app, XDA member Gaz25 has the solution for you since he started a project to port the app.
100 Pushups is currently in early stages of development, but the dev has already posted a working cab on his thread. If you have feedback, suggestions, or simply would like to lend a hand to the dev, drop by the project thread.
As requested I have begun development on a windows mobile version of a program on the iphone called “100 Pushups”.
The idea of the application is to put you on a 6 week program which will lead you to being able to perform 100 push-ups. This is achieved by performing so many reps, for so many sets, 3 times a week. At the end of each week you will be tested on how many you can do and then a program is worked out for the following week. You can track your progress via bar charts and logs.
There will be 3 stages of the development of the program.
