Down, down right, right + punch… Hadoken!. The eternal move/keystroke combination that has lived with us gamers for the longest time. All that is needed to release most projectile moves in the fighting games we know and love, most of which are fully playable in our mobile devices thanks to emulators like Morphgear. There is an issue though, due to the emulators not being able to recognize multi-touch, these combos are a pain to pull out. Since the release of multi-touch screens and frameworks, this is a thing of the past. On top of that, thanks to a few fixes, like the ones provides by XDA member antphoenix, we can now use those devastating moves at the right time. The dev has released a few skins for the emulator, which are comfortable enough to be able to pull off combos like the one stated above.
The skins work on the HD2 in portrait mode, so take them for a spin.
I’ve made three new skins for Morphgear on the HD2!!
These skins work in portrait mode and are ABSOLUTELY fantastic for games like Street Fighter2.
I can now do Ha-Do-Kens!!! I tried all the other skins I could get my hands on but found it too difficult to do the moves with them, so decided to try making my own with a modified keypad pattern, works a charm!
I’ve also extended the key-press areas to fit where fingers “would” go to by mistake for the buttons etc, and eliminated all blank space on the touch sensor part, so that you don’t get unwanted key presses…
You can find more information in the skins thread._________
