XDA member shank1986 has recently announced the release of a Windows Mobile application, which allows you to read articles from the Straits Times (an English-language broadsheet newspaper from Singapore).
Using Windows Phone 7 as design inspiration, the application is eye-catching and finger-friendly, featuring large buttons and an easy to navigate menu system. Complete articles, including pictures, are available to read through the app, which will auto-update to find the latest news if you choose so.
Also available, are options for using less bandwidth and offline syncing, which are both useful if you are using the app without a mobile data plan.
The application was based on the SliderList library and requires .NET Compact Framework version 3.5 to run.
You can find more information in the application thread.
