Make a Wish with BirthdayCake2 for Windows Mobile

After you’ve had your share of the birthday wine, a task as seemingly innocuous as blowing out the candles on your cake can become a dangerous life-or-death feat complete with burning clothes and a ruined carpet. Thankfully, XDA member Jaxbot‘s BirthdayCake2 application for Windows Mobile removes the mess and the cake itself – allowing you to blow out virtual candles through the clever use of your phone’s microphone.
The small but fun application will let you calibrate the noise level at which the candles will be ‘blown out’, while also allowing you to program the phone to play a tune when they’re extinguished successfully. Personal messages can also be set to appear on the screen once it’s finished.
BirthdayCake2 is, as you probably guessed, version 2 of Jaxbot’s app. The newer version brings improved graphics and the reduction of bugs and is available in the application thread.
