Once upon a time, Windows Mobile ROM development was an arcane art, practised by a small number of individuals with their command-line spellbooks.
Over the years several attempts have been made to demystify the arcane and thanks to the recent efforts of XDA-devs members OndraSter (kitchen) and airxtreme (GUI) we have osKitchen, a tool which brings ROM wizardry to the common citizen. Featuring a clean, logical interface and nifty features that allow you to jump straight into cooking (like the ROM dump wizard, which will extract a ROM and load it into the interface for you to work with immediately), osKitchen is a pretty good way to get into ROM cooking if you’ve ever wanted to try it.
