Well, we don’t talk about cooking as much as we probably should, so here goes a little something for all the WM chefs out there. XDA member arealityfarbetween just released an app to allow users for his roms to do tweaks of that are otherwise hard to accomplish. The app is written in Mortscript and basically affects registry settings and a few other things at this point. For instance, the app can help with the removal of certain icons in order to help with RAM saving, it can be configured to turn Location on and off, and much more. The app runs during customizations after a fresh install/hard reset, so your device will be up and running in no time with very little interaction from your part.
According to the dev, the app is still pretty basic in what it can offer. But if you know a bit of Mortscript and would like to help out by providing a few more tweaks to this great tool. So, if you are willing to help out, please drop by the thread.
Hi there chef’s! I’m not sure if any of you will find this useful but I’ll post it in case you do…
I designed this little mortscript application so that users of my rom can tweak a few settings to their needs and because all of the other tweak applications couldn’t be tweaked easily themselves without learning .NET or something similar.
If anyone wants to help work on it that’d be great because the feature set is still pretty bare. I’ve only tested it on my ROM but it should really work on any since it’s mostly registry tweaks that are performed.
You can find more information in the tool thread.
