TodayXLive Gives You A WP7 Feel On WM6.1+

There are many people who argue that WM is indeed dying out slowly as most people who were developing for it have jumped ship either to Android, WP7, or even to iOS. However, for those of you still rocking this OS, you will be happy to learn that not everyone has left for green pastures and that there are still people who see the potential that this OS once had. XDA member loffactory brings that concept and tries to marry it with the most current of events by releasing TodayXLive, which is a UI replcement that will make any device sporting Windows Mobile 6.1 and up look and feel like a Windows Phone 7 device. Transitions and animations are quite smooth and are bound to give your device a renewed, minimalistic look without having to use and skin other UI replacements like SPBMS or others of its kind. It is fully configurable, so you will be able to change things around if you don’t like the stock layout. This is still in beta, so you may run into a couple of bugs here and there. One last thing is that the dev does not mention anything about resolution requirements. However, one member reported success with it running it in a HTC Touch aka Elf, so QVGA and likely VGA are supported.
Please leave some feedback if you feel that you can help the dev somehow.
TodayXLive is a today screen plug-in look like windows phone 7.
