If I had to describe one of the most annoying issues in the WM platform, it would have to be the inability to control music while using other apps. Regardless of the media player being used, the user has to leave whatever he or she is doing in order to skip to the next song, stop playback, or resume it. The days of this being an issue are close to being over thanks to XDA member yossio, who brings us his latest app called Top Player. This music player gets its name for a very obvious reason, it stays on top of whatever app you have running at the time. In essence, it doesn’t matter if you are using your favorite GPS program, writing e-mails, or using Excel. You will always have a set of controls for music playback. The app is still in development, but promises to be a “top” contender in the media player wars.
Do you like listening to music while you navigate?
Have you ever wanted to skip songs while composing Email or SMS?
Do you hate returning to home screen and then to the music player just to switch songs?
Do you like multitasking?
If you answered YES on one or more of those questions, this app is for YOU
Top player is a music player that stays on TOP
