Just a few days ago, XDA member joe_coolish presented a major update to the Face Book application for Windows Mobile devices. Updated version Beta 3.5.1 allows you to download and use cached images, notifications now working ok, now having the chance to skin the app, GUI fixes, and more speed just to mention some features.
The developer’s application is working on WVGA resolution devices using WM6.5 and up.

IMAGES! Yes, images are now downloaded and cached!
SKINNING! Thanks mrhayami for your beautiful skin! (which once he gives the OK, it will be made available for download)
Rollup of bug fixes
I’ve added a little pop-up window that tells you when you have a notification and how many you have
Unfortunately, I haven’t figured out how to clear the notifications Other than going onto facebook and clearing them that way!
Also, in the rush to get the app out the door, I didn’t implement the “Touch to see what the update was”. Next beta it will be available\
I want to know if the graphics and pictures slow down the device. I have done some testing on my device and so far I haven’t had any problems. Also, my device was able to do transparency. IDK of all devices can! Let me know if there are devices that can’t handle transparency!!
I also changed the road map a little. Let me know if that works for everyone!
Once I get permission, I’ll post mrhayami’s skin. Stay tuned!
Hope everyone likes the new updates!
Posting Comments now works
Updating status also works
This is accomplished by clicking on your status in the “Profile” tab.
App Update Alert (hopefully everyone got the update!)
Posts, walls, and comments all get updated everytime you view
Posting data is very new, and because of this, there probably will be some bugs. This is a .0 release, so expect things to be ruff!
I also wanted to make a road map of releases leading up to the final release of Version 1.0:
