XDA Market Revamped and Ready

You may remember that we wrote about a new app back in July that was a free version of WM marketplace for developers on XDA. Due to a few issues here and there, XDA member davidgiga updated both his market app. Some updates include the ability to do a bit of social networking as well having more resolutions supported. A few other improvements have been applied in here as well, so if you used it before, it has gotten better. So, if you have an app that you would like to feature in the market, but don’t want to pay Microsoft for doing this, drop the app in the XDA Market and enjoy your rise to popularity in the mobile world. Just keep in mind that XDA market is an independent application and it is not supported by xda-developers.
Whats the idea of the XDA Market?
There is already an appstore for Windows Mobile (MS Marketplace) BUT you have to pay money in order to publish your apps.
So I started developing the XDA Market. Everything here is for free. I want to give developers the possibility to get much user and much feedback, without paying.
All mobile clients will get a update. The new client will work on every resolution (qvga-vga-wvga tested)
The new Website will contain more features and more social networking (at least a bit more :P)
You can now also PM users in the XDA Market
You will only able to browse through apps with your xda market account, BUT when you have a link to a app you can download this app without logging in.
The advantage of this feature is:
Developers can upload their apps only to the XDA Market and everyone still can download them without the need of having a account.
XDA Market is an appstore for everyone
You can find more information in the application thread.
