WPV App Data Backup – Backup/Restore Data from IsoStore

Flashing ROMs is great but it gets tiresome having to re-install application data, game data, ebooks, etc. each time a new ROM comes out and this is exactly how XDA forum member winphoneviet felt. So, the XDA member decided to make a tool to help.

To be clear – the tool helps to backup and restore your data not the actual game. It uses ISETool from the WP SDK 7.1 to receive-send data to the Isolated Storage folder of all apps/games.

Requirements for the tool are that your PC must have WP SDK 7.1 beta 2 or later, and your phone must be ‘jailbroken’.

For more information and for full instructions including the download link, head on over to the application thread.
