The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge share the same basic features as the Galaxy S6. Same 5.1″ quad HD display, same Exynos 7420 octo-core processor, same 16MP camera (rear) and 5MP camera (front). The S6 Edge is a bit lighter (6 grams) and thicker (0.2mm) than the “regular” S6.

The Edge allows you to access notifications and messages from the curved part of the screen. Using People Edge mode, you can add contacts that appear as colored line on the homescreen. The edge can also act as a notification light when the device is turned over.

Reviewers say: Most reviewers loved the Galaxy S6 and have similar nice things to say about the S6 Edge, though many say the curved screen and added edge features are simply a novelty.
