Google Pixel 3 and LG V40 now available on Verizon in the US
This month has been chock full of smartphone launches. We’ve already seen the Huawei Mate 20, Razer Phone 2, Google Pixel 3, and LG V40 ThinQ, and now we’re waiting on the Honor Magic 2, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and OnePlus 6T. For those of you who are Verizon Wireless customers in the United States, the only smartphones released this month you’ll actually be able to use are the Google Pixel 3 and LG V40. If you’re looking to pick up one of these devices, Verizon Wireless is now selling the Pixel 3 and V40.
Verizon Google Pixel 3 Pricing and Availability
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be available in all retail Verizon Wireless stores, through Verizon’s website, and through the My Verizon app.
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be available in Clearly White, Just Black, and Not Pink. If purchased through Verizon, the Pixel 3 starts at $33.33 per month for 24 months while the Pixel 3 XL starts at $38.74 per month for 24 months. The pricing for the 128GB storage model, which both devices are also available in, will be higher. You can also buy the device from Google directly and bring the device to Verizon, but Verizon is offering an incentive to entice you to purchase it through them. If you buy one Google Pixel 3, you’ll get a second 64GB Pixel 3*. However, both Pixel 3s must be purchased via Verizon’s device payment plan and you’ll have to sign up for one new line of service. Here’s the fine print:
$799.99 device payment purchase per device req’d. 2nd phone: Less $799.99 promo credit applied to account over 24 mos.; promo credit ends when balance paid or line terminated/transferred; 0% APR.
The Pixel Stand ($79.99) wireless charging dock and Google Home Hub ($149.99) 7-inch smart display will also be available for purchase, as will a variety of Pixel 3 cases from the likes of Otterbox, Incipio, Under Armour, and more.
