Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL pre-orders go live on Airtel with affordable EMIs and many Plan benefits

As expected, the newly announced Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are pretty expensive devices. Even if we don’t expect them to be smashing successes in India, we know that there are some who want the latest Google device with all the updated Google Camera features and Android Pie with fast updates. Fortunately, there are still ways to grab the device without putting down a large sum of money up front. If you’re interested in either of the two devices, the Airtel Online Store has a few deals for you.

The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are both available from the Airtel Online Store in 3 color variants: Just Black, Clearly White, and Not Pink. The down payment pricing starts at Rs. 17,000 for the 64GB Pixel 3 and if you commit to the monthly installments, you’ll also get a couple of built-in Plan benefits. Here’s a table summarizing the prices that Airtel is offering the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL:

DeviceDown Payment18 EMIs with built-in plan
Google Pixel 3 (64GB)Rs. 17,000Rs. 3,499
Google Pixel 3 XL (64GB)Rs. 20,000Rs. 3,999
Google Pixel 3 XL (128GB)Rs. 29,000Rs. 3,999

And here are the built-in Plan benefits:

  • Free Netflix subscription for 3 months
  • 100GB data each month with rollover support
  • Unlimited Calls: Local + STD + National Roaming
  • One year subscription to Amazon Prime
  • Airtel Secure subscription

Pre-orders are available now and the devices will begin shipping on November 3rd. All you have to do is log on to Airtel’s Online Store, select the device of your choice, and follow the instructions to check your eligibility and make the down payment.

While we don’t expect many Indian consumers to pick one of these up given the pricing of devices like the OnePlus 6 (and soon, the OnePlus 6T), the Xiaomi POCO F1, and Asus ZenFone 5Z, we know that there are a few diehard Google fans among our Indian audience who are still interested in the product. I’m personally a big fan of the new Pixel 3 XL and plan on buying it myself after I’m done reviewing the device, what about you?
