Today, Honor is making the announcements they had planned for MWC 2020 before it got canceled. The company announced global availability for a couple of smartphones and they also have some accessories to talk about. The Magic Earbuds are Honor's truly wireless earbuds and they have some special new additions to the MagicWatch 2 to talk about as well.

Honor Magic Earbuds

The Honor Magic Earbuds are truly wireless earbuds, meaning they are not connected by any wires. They feature "Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Technology" and adaptive noise cancelation. Equipped with three microphones, they claim to have excellent call quality. Music should also sound good with the 10mm driver unit.

Like every good pair of wireless earbuds, the Honor Magic Earbuds come with a carrying case. This case has a 410mAh battery, which can charge the earbuds when placed inside. The earbuds themselves have 37mAh batteries. With the charging case, you can get up to 13 hours of music playback. Charging the case can be done through USB-C.

The Magic Earbuds will be available globally in April for €129 ($140). Honor is launching the earbuds in two colors: Pearl White and Robin Egg Blue.

MagicWatch 2 New Bands & Features

Honor is announcing a couple of special edition series' for the MagicWatch 2. First up is the EasyFit series watch bands. They feature 8 new colors and different materials. Six of the colors are in an eco-friendly "fluoroelastomer" material, which is also hypoallergenic. Those colors include Daylight Yellow, Olive Green, Reef Blue, Sky Blue, Lilac Purple, and Camellia Pink. Two leather bands are available in Wonderful Green and Wizard Purple. Honor has also collaborated with a number of artists to create unique watch bands for the MagicWatch 2. There are ten special edition bands in total.

Honor is also adding a couple of important new features to the MagicWatch 2. The SpO2 monitor can estimate the amount of oxygen in the blood. The Female Cycle Tracker adds female health tracking such as period cycle and symptoms, period predictions, menstrual cycle data, and estimated fertility. These features will be rolled out later through an OTA update.
