HTC One M8 Specs
HTC exceeded expectations with the all-metal One M7 released in 2013, so hopes were high for its successor, the M8, which was released in March 2014. The M8 added a larger screen, upgraded processor, dual-sensor camera to offer depth-of-field features, fast charging, and a larger battery. For the M8, HTC ditched the hardware system buttons found on the M7 in favor of on-screen keys.

Reviewers say: The camera on the M8, like on the M7, was a disappointment. While it exhibited great low-light performance, the dual-camera configuration proved to be a gimmick, and the inconsistent camera performance and low-resolution photos, at just 4MP, did not please reviewers. Otherwise, loud front-firing audio is present in the M8, resulting in a fantastic audio experience.
