The Moto 360 is likely the most highly anticipated Android Wear-powered smartwatch that has been announced. The device was officially revealed at Google I/O on late June, but we had to wait a few months before the device and its hardware specification became available.

The device will ship with a TI OMAP 3 processor, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage to save your favorite files. Everything will be hidden under a 1.56” display with a 320 x 290 resolution and 205 pixels per inch. The new Motorola smartwatch will be hard to destroy thanks to a super hard Gorilla Glass 3 covering and almost impossible to sink due to IP67 water resistance certificate. The Moto 360 should be compatible with most devices available on the market. The only requirement is Android 4.3 or newer installed on the phone or tablet.

The Moto 360 looks like a sexy device, which you can see in the video below. Motorola is selling two variants of the device: one with a leather band and one with a metal band (though that’s not available yet). There are also three different colors, so you will surely find something to your liking.

If you are planning to get one of these circular watches, you should prepare $250 or $300 (steel band). Meanwhile, you can visit device specific forum for Moto 360 or one of the other newly added forums to get the additional information and see whether there is some development taking place.
