Moto X Play Specs
The Moto X Play, intended for release outside of the USA in Q3 2015, is a variant of the Moto X that is expected to offer outstanding battery life with Motorola claiming up to two days of mixed usage thanks to its 3630mAh battery. Along with the large battery, the Moto X Play features fast-charging, water resistance, a 21MP camera, and interchangeable back plates that let you customize the look of the device.
Like other Moto X devices, the X Play features a mostly “vanilla” installation of Android, similar to a Nexus device. The midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core CPU powers the phone, along with 2GB of RAM, and storage configurations of 16 or 32GB are available with microSD expansion. In some markets, the Moto X Play will offer a dual-SIM tray with LTE and dual-band WiFi capability.
