The OnePlus 7 Pro was one of the biggest highlights from OnePlus not only from this year but since the company was initially founded. While the company has slowly but steadily been abandoning the "budget flagship" smartphone range, they have steadily crept up their prices by making their smartphones increasingly more premium. The OnePlus 7 Pro is a testament to that with up to 12 GB of RAM, a curved 90Hz display, a pop-up front-facing camera, and more. It may not be a perfect smartphone, but it's competing towards getting up there. The OnePlus 7 Pro also takes advantage of carrier support just like its predecessor, the OnePlus 6T, in order to get to the hands of more people. Now, a new update is rolling out to make carrier folks even happier.

OxygenOS 9.5.13, which is now rolling out to OnePlus 7 Pro users in the US, serves as a very small update. Its only purpose is to allow for support for Verizon's Visible MVNO. This allows the device to be used on the Visible network which, if you're not familiar with, brings unlimited calls, text messages, and data on the Verizon network for only $40 a month. Users of this network will now be able to use OnePlus' latest device, which should signify great news if you were considering checking it out.

You will need to download the update if you want to use Visible's network though. Luckily, it's rolling out over-the-air right now, so be on the lookout for an update coming to your device. If you haven't gotten anything yet, however, then go right ahead and download it from here if you don't mind sideloading it. If you're unrooted and using OxygenOS 9.5.11, then you can take the much lighter incremental update, which can be downloaded here.
