RPG Friend Makes Rolling Dice Easier

RPG Friend Makes Rolling Dice Easier

Have you ever had a burning urge to play Dungeons and Dragons in the middle of the night, but been afraid that the uncontrollable clatter of the dice rolling might wake up an angry neighbour? Have you ever been dismayed at a friend’s house to find that their Monopoly set has been rendered completely unplayable due to the lack of a small white cube? If the answer either question was “yes”, then read on…

Starbuzz‘s RPG Friend application eliminates the fears of die-related inadequacies by allowing you to perform every roll virtually. Designed as a WVGA-supporting alternative to Pocket Dice Master, the application will simulate die rolls, from conventional 6-sided dice to those found in RPG board games, so that you can roll whenever and wherever you have your phone handy.

The app is available in both French and English and is designed to be compatible with VGA and WVGA phones running .NET Compact Framework version 3.5, although other resolutions may work.

The developer is open to suggestions for improvements to the app, which is downloadable in the application thread.
