Bing Chat is being rebranded as Copilot
Microsoft is using the Copilot branding for all its AI products, and Bing Chat is now adopting it too. Other branding tweaks are also in tow.
Microsoft has announced some branding changes for its AI-powered services and tools, with the most notable change coming to Bing Chat. The company has announced that Bing Chat will now be known as Copilot, aligning with the naming used for other products based on the same model. The change also applies to Bing Chat Enterprise, which is also just called Copilot.

Microsoft has officially opened registrations for its Ignite conference, which is scheduled for October 12th through the 14th in Seattle. As has been the case for the past couple of years, the event will be digital for the majority of attendees, though some have the chance to attend in person. There are also local Ignite "spotlight" events in other parts of the world for those interested.

Considering that the lowest-priced unit costs $3,500, you don't have to be a mathematician to know that that's a pretty hefty discount. For the Industrial Edition, which costs nearly $5,000, it's a savings of almost $750.
Microsoft Ignite returns in November, once again as a virtual event

If you're familiar with Microsoft's big events, then you've probably been wondering about Ignite, its biggest annual show that takes place in the fall. Today, the company has updated the show's page to indicate that Ignite 2021 will be held between November 2 and November 4.
