If you consider yourself a true flashaholic, then the name "Resurrection Remix" should ring a bell. The custom ROM is known for its style and customizability, while its foundation is based on bits and pieces from LineageOS, Pixel Experience, and OmniROM. The developers started rebasing the project on top of Android 10 a few months ago, and they are now confident enough to remove the beta tag. The Resurrection Remix team has recently announced its first set of stable builds based on Android 10 for a bunch of devices, including several Xiaomi smartphones and a few others from ASUS, OnePlus, Samsung, and other OEMs.

Despite all the changes that Motorola has gone through, one aspect where the brand has continued to excel in is that their devices are suitable for custom ROM and kernel development. If you can't get an update anymore from Motorola, then there's a chance there may be a custom ROM for your phone on our forums. Motorola is generally good at releasing kernel source code for all the updates they put out, even if they may take some time to do so. The company has recently released the kernel source code for the Motorola One Zoom, and they've also released the kernel source code corresponding to the Motorola Moto G7 Plus' Android 10 update.

The Motorola Moto G7 Plus was launched in February 2019 alongside its siblings in the Moto G7 family. With a 6.2″ FHD+ LCD and Qualcomm Snapdragon 636, the main draw of the phone at the time of its launch was its camera hardware, featuring dual rear cameras with a 16MP, f/1.7 primary sensor with OIS. All the phones in Moto’s 2019 lineup have launched with Android Pie, so you get a clean Android experience out-of-the-box, with just a few Moto improvements sprinkled on top. On the other hand, the talking point for the Ulefone Armor 6 is its claim of being the world's first 5G rugged phone. In some good news for custom ROM enthusiasts, both the phones are now officially support by TWRP.

Carrier-exclusive phones tend to not be very popular in the Android enthusiast community. They can sometimes remove core features of Android in favor of their own heavily branded options. Another negative is it's often complicated or impossible to unlock the bootloader on carrier-exclusive phones. That means no root, no custom ROMs or kernels, and no mods, which makes the bloatware harder to remove. Now, T-Mobile is going the extra mile with new REVVLRY and REVVLRY+ phones, which are just rebranded Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Plus, respectively.

Motorola may have been crushed by the strong forces of Chinese brands in the East but it still serves as a reasonable option in markets like LATAM and the U.S. This is primarily because it is among the most reliable names, especially in the budget segment. One of three new models of Moto G7 series which are available in the U.S. can be considered if you're planning to be kind to your wallet while buying a new smartphone. But don't make your mind just yet, as Motorola could be announcing the fourth and the most powerful device out of the bunch - Moto G7 Plus - in the U.S.

Motorola's 2018 smartphones barely managed to stay competitive against killer mid-range offerings from Xiaomi and other Chinese brands, but the Lenovo-owned brand is looking to shake things up in 2019. The foldable Motorola Razr and a mysterious quad camera flagship are proof that Motorola is once again actually trying to compete in the premium tier, and the Motorola One Vision shows that they're stepping things up in the mid-range market as well. Given that the Motorola One Vision has already appeared on the Bluetooth certification site, the FCC, and Google's ARCore supported device list, we expect the device to launch soon. Although we already know most of its specifications, there are still software features we have yet to uncover. Today, we will share some information on the new modes in Motorola's camera app that will likely either debut with the Motorola One Vision or arrive in a future software update for the One Vision and Moto G7 Plus.
