With the launch of the Galaxy Note 10 earlier this year, Samsung introduced a number of cool new features to the Samsung Notes app. The update included handwriting to text conversion, among other things, allowing users to instantly convert their handwritten notes into text documents. This feature was also capable of replacing your handwriting with the recognized text and it even allowed you copy the recognized text for use in other apps. At first, the company promised that these features would make their way to older Galaxy devices with One UI 2.0. However, Samsung is now bringing them to other devices with the latest update to the Samsung Notes app.

Sticky Notes is a feature that has been built into Windows for a long time, but it's not very popular. Basically, you can jot down quick notes and save them as "sticky notes" on the screen. With Windows 10, Sticky Notes got a much-needed revamp. They're much faster and have a nice clean, modern design. You may actually want to use it now, especially since Android integration could be coming soon.

Firefox is one of the most popular web browsers on Android, and we recently learned that it's being remade. While it's remade, however, it's entering a "maintenance phase," meaning that no new features will come out for it. In the interim, Mozilla is launching the first Firefox Mobile Test Pilot experiments. On desktop, Test Pilot experiments are used to let you try out experimental features and let the Firefox team know what you think of them. They've tested 16 different features so far, and they're now expanding that program to mobile. Notes by Firefox is the first of these. You can now take notes within the Firefox application.
