Android smartphone and tablet leaks can be exciting, but there are so many new devices on the horizon that it can be a real headache to keep up with them all. There's the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Google Pixel 3, Nokia 9, Sony Xperia XZ3, Huawei Mate 20, and Motorola One Power just to name a few. From what I can see, there are over 100 upcoming devices from major device makers such as Google, Huawei, LG, Nokia, Samsung, and Xiaomi. The Oppo A3s is now official, and it sports a 4,230 mAh battery alongside a 6.2-inch notched display. The device and all of its promotional material already leaked earlier this week, but now it's out officially. Oppo is calling the display a FullView display, something that the Oppo Find X also features. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, a lower powered processor which should maximise the battery life. It also has 2GB of RAM and is running on Android 8.1 Oreo. Obviously, it's no flagship, but this device should be great for basic tasks.
OPPO A3s leak reveals big battery, dual cameras, and notched display
The OPPO A3s has leaked, and documents have revealed a large battery, dual cameras and a notched display. Check it out here.
OPPO has made somewhat of a resurgence recently. First, there was the high-end Oppo Find X, and now according to a report from MySmartPrice, there's more to come. The low-end OPPO A3s has been leaked, complete with promotional images and specifications. We've known the company to focus largely on low-end hardware and mid-rangers in the past, so this is somewhat a return to the norm for the company. The OPPO A3s promises some interesting features for a low-end device including "AI Beauty 2.0", "Music Party" mode, and facial unlock. Facial unlock does supplement the lack of a fingerprint sensor, but the rest of the device looks pretty decent. A big battery, dual cameras and, oh, it has a notch.
