A new report based on documents from Apple's lawsuit with Epic reveals that Sony was planning to bring PS Now to mobile platforms.
PlayStation Now has been Sony's game streaming service for years now, primarily focusing on older PS3-era titles, but also serving a few more recent games. Sony hasn't given the service much attention, especially in light of competitors like Stadia and GeForce Now becoming more popular, and now it seems a significant feature was planned and then scrapped — mobile support.

PlayStation Now subscribers are getting several new games this month, including Tekken 7, Final Fantasy VII, and Killing Floor 2.
Sony has revealed which games will be added to the PlayStation Now subscription service for the month of September. Thanks to a monthly infusion of Final Fantasy that starts this month, subscribers are getting six new games on the service. That’s a relatively large number of games for PS Now, but we’re also losing two games this month as well.

Sony has revealed it’s bringing an infusion of Final Fantasy to its PlayStation Now service. For the next five months, a new Final Fantasy game will be added to PlayStation Now every month. Gamers will be able to download and stream the games on a PS4 or PS5 console or stream them to a PC.

The PS4 games players can stream on PlayStation Now this August 2021 are Nier Automata, Ghostrunner, and Undertale.
Sony has announced the games that will be added to its PlayStation Now platform in the month of August, and the games are fairly enjoyable ones, including Undertale and Nier: Automata. It’s not quite as big as last month’s offering of Red Dead Redemption 2, etc., but it’s still a good lineup for subscribers to the platform.
