The July 2022 Android Security Bulletin has gone live today. Google Pixel phones are also getting their latest security update builds.
The monthly Android Security Bulletin is typically posted on the first Monday of each month. However, the first Monday of this month — ie. July 4th — was the USA’s Independence Day holiday. Thus, Google moved the release of the July 2022 ASB to today. The search giant has now published the latest Android Security Bulletin and Pixel Update Bulletin for this month. The update is now rolling out to the eligible Google Pixel devices. Furthermore, several Samsung phones, including the Samsung Galaxy S22, have also already started receiving the new set of patches.

After launching the Galaxy A23 and Galaxy A13 4G in the US earlier this month, Samsung has finally brought its latest affordable smartphones to India. Both phones are now officially available in the country and compete directly against the budget-friendly offerings of Xiaomi and Realme in the budget segment. The Galaxy A23 is a follow-up to the Galaxy A22, while the Galaxy A13 4G replaces last year's Galaxy A12, which was reportedly the most popular smartphone in 2021.
Samsung reveals Galaxy A23 and LTE-only Galaxy A13 variant
Samsung released the Galaxy A13 5G earlier this year, but now an LTE-only version is on the way too. The Galaxy A23 was also announced.
Samsung just released the Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 series last month, but the company still has plenty of phones left to reveal this year. The Galaxy A13 5G arrived in the United States in January, and now a cheaper LTE-only version of that phone is on its way to more countries. Samsung has also revealed the Galaxy A23 for the first time.
