Xiaomi is allegedly preparing to launch their very first Android Go device, the Xiaomi Redmi Go. Check it out and learn more about it!
If I wanted to describe Xiaomi with one word, it would be "affordable." Xiaomi devices, even the higher end ones, are known for being more on the "cheap" side without compromising the overall experience---just look at examples such as the POCO F1 and the Redmi Note 7. But Xiaomi has several affordable devices, with some cheaper or better than others. What Xiaomi has not launched, however, is an Android Go phone. This is set to change now apparently.

Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 and Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 get official TWRP support
Official builds of TWRP have just been released for the Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 and Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 smartphones.
Community developer support tends to be hit or miss when it comes to Samsung devices. The company's high-end offerings have divided the community due to the locked down bootloader of the Snapdragon variants sold in the United States and the Exynos versions sold around the world (minus the Chinese Snapdragon models though). However, official builds of TWRP have just been released for a low-end and upper mid-range smartphone released over the last two years.

For a few years now, we’ve seen affordable phones become competitive options that are able to satisfy the needs of more and more customers.
