Samsung set to strengthen and expand repair network with new flagship locations
Samsung invests more in its repair network, providing more tools and resources.
If you're in the United States, Samsung has one of the best repair networks, offering a variety of different services in all 50 states. With that said, the company is investing more resources into its repair network, appointing 50 existing uBreakiFix repair locations as flagship Samsung repair locations by the end of the year. These designated locations will gain access to specialized repair equipment and new parts inventory. Furthermore, staff at these locations will also receive specialized training focused on Samsung devices.
uBreakiFix now offers nationwide at-home repair services for Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones
uBreakiFix announced a new at-home repair service that will allow consumers to schedule an appointment to get their phone fixed at home.
uBreakiFix will now come to you if you need a device repair. The company on Tuesday announced a nationwide mobile repair program called We Come to You, which will deploy more than 640 vehicles. The on-demand repair program is currently available in the U.S., with plans to expand to Canada by the end of 2020.

Google has partnered with uBreakiFix for the second year in a row and will be the official repair shop for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.
Apple had an advantage over Google when the company was running its Nexus program as they didn't have an official place for customers to come in for repairs. There are some local phone repair shops in various cities but it never was official like what iPhones have had with the Apple Store. This changed last year with the launch of the Pixel and the Pixel XL thanks to a partnership with uBreakiFix and the two companies have agreed to extend the partnership for the Pixel 2 and the Pixel 2 XL.
