The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 was launched in China some months ago, bringing in the goodness of a 48MP sensor in an affordable budget package. While the Redmi Note 7 Pro dominates the discussion in regions like India where it is available, the Redmi Note 7 still makes for a good choice for the rest of the world. The latest MIUI update to the device brings in a lot of changes, and is said to have improved camera quality by a good margin.

Xiaomi is rolling out MIUI v10.3.5.0.PFGMIXM update to the Redmi Note 7, which comes in at ~1.66GB for the full update. The highlight of the update is the bump up to March 2019's Android security patch, the introduction of new AI camera modes (unspecified), and floating windows for incoming calls during gaming. The update is having a staged global rollout, but you can sideload the full update using the download link provided below.
