Over the past several months, YouTube Music has put greater emphasis on music discovery, introducing helpful features like the Explore tab. Now, the service is adding a global top charts feature, so you can see the most popular songs in a specific country.

Going forward, the Explore tab will include global YouTube Charts, allowing subscribers to see the most popular music from 57 countries around the world. The streaming service previously introduced playlists in the main feed that included the top 100 songs and music videos on the platform.

The Charts section within Explore features the following for each country:

Top songs

The most played songs on YouTube

Top music videos

The most viewed music videos

Top artists

The biggest artists on YouTube

Want to see what the most popular songs are in France? What about in Spain? With the new Global Charts feature, it’s easier than ever to browse top songs, music videos, artists, and trending content.

YouTube Music’s latest feature arrives the week after Google introduced its new Nest Audio smart speaker, which you can buy for $99. Some of the other features made recently available in the service include personal playlist playback through Google Assistant and availability through Android TV.

Global Charts is now available on YouTube Music for iOS and Android.
